Things to Consider After the Transfer

THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED AFTER THE TRANSFER !!!

After the transfer, take the medications we have given you completely and regularly. Otherwise, your pregnancy result may be negatively affected.
Do not do heavy and strenuous work from today, do not lift heavy loads.
Today or in the following days, you may experience mild pain in your groin, back pain, breast swelling and tenderness, and increased vaginal secretion. These symptoms are quite normal and may vary from patient to patient or may not occur at all. Please do not worry. In case of pain, you can use paresetemol-containing medicines (Parol, minoset (plain)).
You may see brown or pink spotting in the next few days. Do not worry. This is a normal symptom. If the color turns red and the amount increases, please inform our center.
If possible, rest at home for 2-3 days. We do not recommend lying down all the time for circulation. There is no harm in climbing up and down 2-3 flights of stairs, coughing and sneezing.
You can resume work 3 days after the transfer. If you have a job that involves chemicals, radiation or a job that tires you out because you are constantly on the move, rest until the pregnancy test.
Do not swim in the sea or pool. From tomorrow, you can take a shower with warm water, sitting or standing. Do not get into the bathtub. Make sure that the water you wash in is not hot. Keep especially the abdomen away from hot applications.

  • Pay attention to your diet after the transfer. As your bowel movements will slow down due to the medication you are taking, you may develop abdominal distension, gas complaints and constipation. Your diet is very important to make this period as drug-free and comfortable as possible.

*Avoid heavy and gas-forming foods (fried foods, legumes, pastries, etc.) and drinks (acidic drinks, tea) as much as possible.

*Drink plenty of water. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. You can drink tea as long as it is open. Avoid herbal teas with unknown content, called natural. Especially do not consume sage tea.

Do not consume fruits such as bananas and melons as much as possible or consume them less. Instead, consume more plums, apricots, figs, oranges, pears and watermelons.

*Smoking and alcohol are strictly forbidden.

    * Do not have sexual intercourse until after the pregnancy test.

    Good Luck
