Citizens of countries that are not members of the European Union and do not have an embassy, consulate or representative office in the TRNC can be granted a visa upon entry and must have a passport valid for at least 6 months

The duration of stay in the TRNC with a visa is ninety days at a time. It cannot exceed ninety days in every one hundred and eighty days.

Foreigners may be issued visas at border gates and ports for up to a maximum of ninety days, depending on the type of visa, if they show that they will leave the TRNC after the treatment period and fulfill the other conditions in this regulation

Before coming to K.K.T.C., you need to make sure which countries require a visa.  These countries are decided by the Council of Ministers.  Citizens of Armenia, Nigeria and Syria, who are within this scope, must enter the TRNC by obtaining a visa from the TRNC representative offices abroad, indicating their purpose of arrival.

Foreigners applying for a visa may be asked by the Immigration Officer at the ports of entry for information or documents that you must have with you, and a comprehensive check may be carried out by the responsible unit. Therefore, you should make sure that your documents are complete.

YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF YOUR PASSPORT BEFORE ENTERING KKTC.
