Micro Tese (Microscopic Testicular Sperm Extraction)
This method is the most reliable biopsy method applied in recent years and is the process of obtaining sperm from the testicular tissue by seeing the sperm-producing canaliculi under a special microscope. In this application performed under general anesthesia, there is a 50% chance of obtaining sperm and it is preferred when sperm cannot be found with different biopsy methods before. In addition, this method causes less damage to the testicular tissue.
